sunset_radar

Returns the legislative instruments that will be repealed automatically by sunsetting (Part 4 of Chapter 3 of the Legislation Act 2003) within the horizon, ordered by sunset date.

Parameters

Notes

• Only legislative instruments sunset. Acts and notifiable instruments never appear.
• horizon_days defaults to 365. radar_horizon is the last date covered. Sunset dates cluster on 1 April and 1 October, so a short horizon can return an empty list.
• sunset_date comes from the Federal Register.
• From its sunset date, a title's text is withheld until the Federal Register confirms it continues in force.
• Filters: portfolio matches part of the department's name; issuing_authority takes codes from list_issuing_authorities.
• Titles in force today only.
