get_disallowance_risks

Returns the legislative instruments currently open to disallowance, with where and when each was tabled and, where a disallowance motion has been lodged and not yet resolved, its sponsor, house, notice date and expiry date.

Parameters

Notes

• tabled lists each house and date the instrument was tabled.
• motion is null where no motion is pending. Where one is, expiry_date is the Federal Register's own published deadline, shown as given, not a count of sitting days computed by Advisor. Instruments with a pending motion come first, soonest deadline first.
• resolved_motions lists motions already decided, with their outcome and date.
• maker, where present, is the person and office named in the instrument's making words, with check saying whether the ministry record confirms it.
• Filters: portfolio matches part of the department's name; issuing_authority takes codes from list_issuing_authorities.
• Titles in force today only.
