renew_subscription
Returns the renewal link for a subscriber whose AI Pro subscription has lapsed. It works for any signed-in subscriber, so a lapsed subscriber can always reach it.

This tool takes no parameters.
Notes
- Partner keys are refused. A partner renews through the AI Pro subscriber that owns it.
- A paid tool called after the subscription has lapsed returns a sentence with the same link, so a client does not need to call this tool first.
