What to include

• The tool you called, its arguments and the time, with your time zone.
• Your client (for example Claude Code and its version) and the endpoint.
• The code and any reference in the error. An INTERNAL_ERROR carries a short reference that finds the detail in our logs.
• For a partner key: the key's last four characters, never the whole key.

Warning: Never send a whole API key by email. If one has been exposed, revoke it on the partner page.

Reporting a problem with the law Advisor returned

If text differs from the authorised PDF, send the register id, the provision and the PDF page. Each finding is checked against the authorised document.
